Bazaar

The Bazaar following the Race is at the Matilda International Hospital grounds. It's a day filled with excitement for kids and parents – game stalls, arts and crafts, storytelling, live bands, a wide range of food and drinks, and fantastic shopping bargains.

Attendance by over 3,000 people raises money for Hong Kong charities. Excitement of the day is enhanced by a new theme each year.

Stalls

At the Bazaar, there are two types of stalls available to vendors.

1. Parklane Retail Stalls
The Parklane Stalls offer a wide variety of shopping treats, from arts and crafts to books and clothes for the family. These stalls are private commercial stalls.
You pay a fee for renting the space. The fee will go to the Sedan Chair Charities Fund. In contrast, all takings on the day are yours. There is an early bird discount for these. Please see application form for more details.

2. Commercial F&B Stalls
The F&B stalls are commercial vendors selling food and/or drinks to visitors at the bazaar. All proceeds from these stalls will go to the Sedan Chair Charities Fund. Please see application form for more details.

There are two separate forms depending on the type of stall you wish to take on the day. Please ensure you complete the correct one.
